Citing the ʿAbbasid caliph al-Nasir li-din Allah (AH 575-622 / AD 1180-1225); ‘Allāh / lā ilāh-a illā Allāh / Muḥammad rasūl / Allāh al-Nāṣir / li-dīn’ (‘There is no deity but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. al-Nasir, Commander of the Believers’ in Arabic); mint and date in the marginal legend, but illegible. Rev. ‘sulṭānī’ at the top; citing Muhammad as al-Sulṭān al-Aʿẓam / ʿAlā al-Dunyā wa al-D/īn Abuʾl-Fatḥ Muḥammad / ibn Sulṭān / Takish; repetition of mint and date in the marginal legend, but illegible.
